2017 Women's Forum: Learn2Lead
The word leadership has been defined in numerous ways over the years. Is it charisma and positive thinking? Pinstriped pantsuits? Decisiveness? Is it all about the situation? Is it meant only for the chosen few who rise to the top? We believe leadership is an action whose depth goes beyond what one wears and impact can penetrates through generations.
The mission of the Women’s Forum: Learn2Lead is to provide women with different ways they can lead. Whether it is leading the charge with their personal life, their communities, or the Commonwealth, women have the power to change the course. The Forum offers workshops on health, social activism, and political awareness presented by knowledgeable, passionate Virginians.
